THE ROLE
The Operations Retail Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the on-time delivery of orders to our 50+ Retail stores with the mission to continuously meet and exceed our consumers’ expectations. The goal for the Specialist will be, to provide outstanding service for our own Stores.
You are our supply chain linking pin and therefore instrumental to the successful rollout of our sell-in plan. This involves close collaboration with our Stores all around Europe and HQ organization, such as allocators, production and merchandising, inbound/procurement and with our 3PL warehouse.
This role reports directly to the Manager Operations Retail and E-Com within the Supply Chain & Operations department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations processes to our Retail stores;
- Fully ownership of goods flow during the shipping season, to maximise the selling period;
- Work closely with internal departments: allocators, buying and merchandising team to ensure timely delivery of goods;
- Maintain a strong connection with store staff, keep stores informed about goods movements, coordinate order tracking and store-to-store transfers;
- Daily update of planning sheets to ensure stores have accurate shipping/tracking information;
- Provide warehouse with weekly/monthly delivery forecasting, work closely to plan Outbound and seasonal returns;
- Daily contact with our warehouse to ensure orders and returns are processed in a timely manner;
- Present delivery updates and shipping reports for new season launches in weekly meetings;
- To be able to challenge numbers and information delivered from reports and spot mistakes immediately;
- Identify, analyse and implement improvements to processes and ways of working to drive productivity
Profile:
- 3 years of experience, preferably in a related industry, logistics or related areas;
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Positive hands-on and pro-active attitude;
- Ability to work on own initiative;
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail & accuracy;
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
