PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
 

At KARL LAGERFELD, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical intern to support Retail Brand Marketing across Outlets & Wholesale channels. 

This role sits within retail marketing and focuses on campaign execution, cross-functional coordination, budget tracking, and in-store activation. It offers hands-on experience across retail, CRM, campaign production, and marketing operations within an international fashion brand. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute retail marketing campaigns across European markets 

  • Coordinate campaign rollouts with retail, VM, digital, and creative teams 

  • Support campaign photoshoots, asset management, and sample coordination 

  • Help deliver retail activations, events, and in-store marketing initiatives 

  • Track campaign budgets and support seasonal marketing spend 

  • Coordinate OOH advertising bookings, materials, and market delivery 

  • Manage distribution of POS materials and campaign assets to stores 

  • Support CRM activities, including newsletters and campaign updates 

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar)  

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (experience with structured sheets and data tracking is essential)  

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 

  • Good project management and organizational skills  

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)  

Nice to have:

Previous internship or academic exposure to operations, marketing, or project management

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Interested in retail marketing and campaign execution

Start date: 11th of May 2026/ Available for 6 months/Full-Time
