This position is a FIXED TERM CONTRACT (ideally 12 months) for someone who has had experience in ABM Marketing.
Account-based marketing (ABM) is a strategic approach to business marketing that focuses on targeting specific accounts and their key decision-makers. It's a B2B marketing strategy that involves:
Personalisation: Creating personalised buying experiences for each account
Collaboration: Marketing and sales working together to identify high-value accounts and create targeted content
Precision: Using a blend of marketing and sales tactics to create more precise and accurate campaigns than traditional B2B marketing
Relationship building: Focusing on building stronger relationships with high-value accounts
ROI: Generating higher ROI and shorter sales cycles
As an ABM Marketeer, you’ll take the lead in designing and executing strategies that align sales and marketing efforts, directly contributing to Expana’s ARR targets. You’ll leverage cutting-edge tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build high-impact campaigns, refine targeting strategies, and enhance engagement. Your expertise will directly impact Expana’s ability to drive meaningful connections with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Development: Build and implement ABM strategies that align with ARR goals, leveraging advanced analytics and targeting techniques to engage key accounts.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, tailored written content to support campaigns, including email sequences, social posts, and LinkedIn engagement strategies.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and make recommendations to refine targeting, messaging, and processes.
- Territory Management: Oversee account segmentation and territory assignments, ensuring efficient use of prospecting resources.
- Technology Enablement: Maximize the capabilities of tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Salesforce to enhance outreach and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure a coordinated and standardized approach to account targeting and engagement.
- Compliance: Ensure ISO 27001 training is attended and all mandatory documents have been read to ensure working practices comply.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or a related field with 8 years experience in ABM management.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- A proactive self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Experience managing campaigns with a focus on achieving ARR targets.
This position is a fixed term contracted role 12 months.
