We’re looking for our next Account Executive - Mid Market Growth to join the Sales team at Zoī. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll design and lead our go-to-market approach for mid-sized businesses. You’ll evangelize Zoī’s unique preventive health offering not just through compelling storytelling, but by bringing prospects into our high-end medical centers and showing them the future of health, live.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and wants to grow at the intersection of deeptech, medtech, and wellness, one of the most in-demand and forward-thinking industries today.

Main missions

    • Strategy Development: Shape and execute our mid-market sales strategy alongside the CRO, with full autonomy to test, iterate, and scale.

    • Prospecting & Evangelizing: Identify and engage high-potential mid-sized companies, educating them on Zoī’s vision and inviting them to our Check-up Centers to experience it firsthand.

    • Consultative Selling: Own the full sales cycle—from outreach and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and closing—while positioning Zoī as a strategic wellness partner.

    • Account Growth: Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients to support renewals and upsells.

    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and operations to refine positioning and adapt the offer to client needs.

    • Thought Leadership: Share best practices with the Sales team and help elevate Zoī’s approach to B2B selling.

    • Fluency: French and English required.
    • Bonus: Experience in fast-growth startups, healthtech, or SaaS is a plus—but more important is the drive to grow in complex, high-value domains like medicine and technology.
