About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled Back End Developer to join our highly committed team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, production and testing of software modules to ensure their quality, performance, security, and scalability.
You will collaborate with closely with members from across our teams including with mobile and frontend developers, security engineers, data engineers, and product managers to create innovative software and ensure a seamless user experience.
Main Missions
- Write and review software requirements, integrating best practices and consistency with system requirements
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, resource allocation and ensure timely and efficient delivery of the back-end roadmap
- Design and develop scalable & secured back-end components for the Zoī apps (Web, Mobile)
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Participate in writing technical documentation and their review
- Troubleshoot issues, improve performance and resolve security issues
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Back End Developer or similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in NodeJS, Typescript and database management
- Nice to have skills include: Clean Architecture, NestJS, GraphQL, MongoDB/NoSQL
- Clear communicator: you excel in team communication, and have effectively navigated and bridged siloes in complex, multi-variable environments.
