Play a pivotal role in scaling the sales & marketing team by implementing systems and processes that can grow with the company!
Your role will be critical in ensuring our sales engine runs smoothly, effectively, and data-driven as we continue to grow. You'll also collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager, CRO and serve as a data-driven business partner enabling smarter decision-making through performance monitoring and revenue forecasting.
Key responsabilities
- CRM Management: Administer and optimize HubSpot to ensure data accuracy, seamless workflow automation, and integration with marketing efforts and other tools.
- Sales Strategy Planning: partner with sales & marketing leaders to align goals and strategy (Commissions plan, Territory planning…).
- Sales Process Optimization: Design, document, and implement scalable sales processes to support our B2B strategy and the acquisition of large enterprise accounts.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to tTrack key sales & marketing metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, etc.) and regularly present insights to the sales leadership to guide strategy.
- Revenue Forecasting: Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to provide leadership with accurate, actionable projections.
- Marketing Operations: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless lead handoffs and leveraging data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies.
- Tool Enablement: Ensure the sales & marketing team is fully equipped with the tools and resources needed for success, including training and ongoing support for HubSpot and other platforms.
- Data Management: Ensure the cleanliness and reliability of data within HubSpot, empowering better decision-making and supporting marketing campaigns.
We're looking for
- Growth mindset: A proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a fast-evolving strategy in a scaling environment.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably in a startup, tech, or medtech environment.
- HubSpot expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is essential, including workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Analytical skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing data and delivering actionable insights; familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Revenue forecasting experience: Proven ability to build accurate forecasting models and use data to guide leadership decisions.Process-oriented mindset: Proven ability to design and implement efficient, scalable processes.
- Collaboration skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
