Zoī is growing fast scale-up at the intersection of medical science, data science and behavioral science. Our core business is to provide a preventive health check-up that gives people detailed recommendations to prevent or reduce future medical conditions. In our stimulating and intellectually challenging environment, we are looking for an People Operations intern who will play a key role in optimizing our HR operations so that our teams can do their best work.
Responsabilities
- Onboarding: Managing all stages of onboarding to ensure a seamless process and a fantastic experience.
- Talent Acquisition Operations: Assisting in sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination.
- Workplace & Office Management: Handling office supplies, logistics, and creating a productive work environment.
- HR Compliance & Administration: Managing sick leave declarations, workplace accident reports, and ensuring compliance with internal HR policies.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement tech-driven solutions.
- General Admin, Operations & HR Support: Supporting the People team in various initiatives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Practical Information
- Duration: 4 to 6 months.
- Availability: Full-time preferred, flexible hours possible.
- Location: Paris (up to 20% remote work possible).
- Compensation: Based on profile.
