Zoī is a deep-tech company revolutionizing preventive healthcare through cutting-edge technology. Our web application serves as the primary interface for doctors and medical operations teams, enabling efficient clinical decision-making. We are looking for a Frontend Team Lead to guide and expand our Frontend team. This role is ideal for a leader who combines strong technical skills with a strategic mindset, breaking silos and fostering collaboration across departments.
Key responsabilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the frontend team, ensuring a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Build a high-performing frontend team by recruiting top talent, supporting their growth, and managing performance.
- Conceptualize and develop responsive, user-friendly, and secure web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Implement and maintain UI components, ensuring accessibility, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, security engineers, product managers, and end-users (doctors) to build integrated solutions.
- Drive best practices in frontend architecture, performance, and security.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing, identifying and resolving security and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and strategic decision-making, including scaling our frontend infrastructure.
- Influence our mobile application development strategy and enhance the AI-powered clinical decision-support tool.
We're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development with React.js.
- Experience in scaling frontend applications with React Query, Vitest, GraphQL, Remix or Next.js, Node.js.
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on.
- Deep understanding of design systems and component-driven UI development.
- Experience with time-series data visualization and graphing is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with backend and mobile development is a plus.
- Organized and analytical, capable of transforming complex challenges into efficient solutions.
- Dynamic and entrepreneurial, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in French and English is mandatory.
