About the role

The role of the Operations Manager will be to develop and steer the implementation of the operational strategy for the Zoī centers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and compliance with the highest medical standards.

Main missions

    • Define and continuously optimize the journeys of healthcare professionals and patients to guarantee them a seamless experience.
    • Rigorously select and integrate innovative technologies and medical devices to enrich the Zoī journey, in close collaboration with the medical team.
    • Establish the partnership strategy for the centers (medical biology laboratories, catering, etc.)
    • Design and implement recruitment, onboarding, and career development strategies for the center staff.
    • Develop and institute mechanisms for collecting feedback to constantly align our products and services with the expectations of users (staff and clients).
    • Play a key role in the international deployment of Zoī centers. Etc.

Key requirements

    • 1-2 years of experience in Operations Management (fast-growing start-up / B2C scale-up) or in consulting.
    • Excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present a problem in a structured way.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership.
    • An impact-oriented mindset.
    • Fluent in French and English.
