As the Marketing Manager, you will directly report to the CRO & own Zoī’s digital marketing strategy, including SEO, social media, content creation, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and product, to ensure our marketing efforts drive brand visibility, engage high-value B2B clients, and generate leads.
Key responsabilites
- Strategy & Execution: Identify, experiment, and develop growth strategies to acquire, activate, and retain users using data-driven insights.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and SEO to drive enterprise sales opportunities and direct engagement.
- Paid Media Management: Oversee SEM campaigns, including Facebook, and LinkedIn, optimizing for lead generation and B2B sales targets.
- SEO Optimization: Design and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, generate traffic, and boost brand visibility.
- B2B & Enterprise Marketing: Develop targeted campaigns for enterprise clients showcasing Zoī’s preventive medicine solutions.
- Content Marketing: Lead the creation and optimization of content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and landing pages to support lead generation and client engagement.
- Field Marketing: Support virtual and in-person events to drive pipeline generation and enhance brand awareness.
- Social Media & Community Management: Manage and optimize Zoī’s social media channels, driving engagement through strategic content and community building.
- KOL & Thought Leadership: Conceptualize and lead programs with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand credibility and advocacy.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Tableau to measure success and optimize results.
- Budget & Agency Management: Oversee the marketing budget, working with external agencies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives.
We're looking for
- Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid advertising, SEO, and B2B campaigns, ideally in the medtech, healthtech, or tech industries.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing search engine marketing, social media marketing, and implementing multi-channel digital strategies across various platforms.
- Content & SEO: Strong experience in content marketing, SEO strategy, and creating high-quality, engaging content for business audiences.
- B2B Marketing Skills: Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation, working with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support sales targets.
- Break siloes: the ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary way with different team leaders to define the marketing strategy (legal, product,R&D…).Ability to demonstrate resilience and define a marketing strategy from scratch to achieve hypergrowth.

- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
