Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, who will be responsible for driving and executing the recruitment strategy at Zoī. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this vital function is a new role and an exciting opportunity to design and build a talent acquisition plan that will contribute to Zoī’s ambitious growth targets in France and internationally, as we expand to the US and UK.

Main Missions

    • Develop and implement a cohesive talent acquisition strategy to support the Zoī’s fast-paced growth across all teams - medical operations, tech, product, operations and support
    • Design and run Zoī’s employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to closing
    • Optimize the ATS system (Lever)
    • Partner with team leaders to understand their current and future hiring needs and advise on best approach, timing, strategy as well as on the softer elements of team composition 
    • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, schools, and professional associations to create a robust candidate pipeline
    • Use data and metrics to improve recruitment performance
    • Create a state-of-the-art candidate experience in line with the image and ethos of Zoī
    • Manage the recruitment budget

Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 
    • 3+ years experience in talent acquisition with experience across all main missions
    • Excellent project management skills in high-growth start-up or scale-up environments
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Demonstrated psychological acumen with a track record of identifying growth potential in candidates
    • Track record of applying creativity and innovation in talent acquisition projects 
    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systems
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions
    • Fluent English & French with impeccable written and verbal skills
