As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving Zoī’s growth. Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value B2B opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategic outreach campaigns and help position Zoī as a leader in preventive medicine.
Key Responsabilities
- Lead generation & outreach: Proactively identifying and researching target accounts. You'll create and execute compelling outreach campaigns using personalized emails, cold calling, and social selling to drive engagement and initiate meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Value-based selling: Rapidly developing your skill set around value-based selling, understanding the unique value Zoī can provide to prospective clients, and learning how to communicate that value to large enterprise accounts effectively.
- Customer experience: Ensure a great customer experience for Zoī’s prospective clients through personalized and creative communication, helping to build long-term relationships from the first point of contact.
- Prospecting & qualification: Engage with decision-makers, uncover client needs, and qualify leads effectively to generate sales opportunities.
- Pipeline development: Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to develop territory strategy & build the pipeline.
- Account research: Conduct in-depth research on target accounts to understand their business needs and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Leader and the sales team to refine lead generation strategies, share insights, and ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to qualification.
- CRM management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead activities within the CRM, ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales team.
We're looking for
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Lead generation & qualification: Proven track record of generating and qualifying leads, with strong experience in developing outreach strategies.
- Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers effectively.
- Growth mindset: A desire to continuously learn and improve, particularly in the areas of value-based selling and healthcare technology.
- Resilience and persistence: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet and exceed targets.
- Educational background: Ideally coming from a business school background, with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (professional level).
