You will have the opportunity to work in a building team under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Chief People Officer. You will join a project at the very beginning of its journey and participate in developing a recruitment strategy and building high-level teams to revolutionize preventive medicine through deeptech.
Key Responsabilities
- 1. Managing the entire process of recruitment from candidate sourcing until onboarding
- Screen applications and qualify candidates for various roles across departments (tech, sales, operations, medical, etc.).
- Source and search for profiles strategically using different platforms & channels (Linkedln,Github, Stackoverflow, events, meetups…)
- Write and post job ads to attract top candidates.
- Manage the candidate journey throughout the recruitment process
- 2. Recruitment Operations
- Assist in creating and implementing recruitment processes and automations to scale efficiently.
- Manage recruitment tools (Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, Google Sheets) to streamline organization and reporting.
- Handle the operational aspects of recruitment, ensuring smooth workflows and coordination.
- Market mapping of the candidate market and Zoi's positioning
- 3. Evangelization of recruitment in the company
- Contribute to the analysis of recruitment data and assist in developing short- and mid-term recruitment strategies.
- Support internal recruitment initiatives, such as training and promoting recruitment best practices within the company.
We're looking for
- 1-2 years in recruitment (tech, sales, medtech a plus) in fast-paced environments or agencies.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a background in psychology with a specialization in business or project management is a plus.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ideally Lever.
- Skilled in candidate mapping across platforms.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Independent and self-driven.
- Adaptable, with strong sales skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Able to break silos and collaborate cross-functionally with different departments
- Fluent in French and English.
