We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager in Medical Research to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. Working closely with internationally renowned specialists, you will be part of a high-ambition environment where we aim to provide a deep and personalized understanding of how each individual’s body functions. Our goal is to significantly advance medical knowledge and drive a high volume of publications over the next few years!

You will work closely with Dr. Sylvain Bodard, Medical Research Lead and hospital-university specialist physician, to coordinate scientific research projects. This role involves supporting the organization, monitoring, and management of the team’s clinical studies and scientific publications.

Responsabilities

    • Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of research studies (literature reviews, retrospective/prospective studies), plan project timelines and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met and facilitate communication among researchers, clinicians, data scientists, and other stakeholders.

    • Resource and Budget Management: Allocate necessary human and material resources, recruit researchers and monitor research project budgets.

    • Methodological Support: Assist in drafting research protocols in collaboration with the scientific team and ensure projects meet regulatory and ethical standards with legal team support.

    • Scientific Output: Organize and supervise the production of scientific publications (systematic reviews, original articles) and guide teams in preparing submissions to peer-reviewed journals.

    • Tools and Documentation: Maintain tracking and reporting tools for each project and document project progress and results to ensure traceability and highlight outcomes.

Key Skills & Qualifications

    • Degree: Master's or PhD level
    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or as a Project Manager in research.
    • Knowledge of medical research methodologies (retrospective/prospective studies, systematic reviews) or strong ability to quickly learn.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and task prioritization skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken scientific English & French.


Nice to have

    • Scientific Publications: Having published in PubMed-indexed scientific journals is highly recommended.
    • Mastery of scientific publication standards.
    • Experience in writing or coordinating scientific publications (provide PubMed bibliography if applicable).
    • Basic knowledge of data analysis or statistical software to collaborate effectively with the data team.
    • Familiarity with biomedical research regulations (GDPR, informed consent, etc.) to collaborate effectively with the legal team.
