About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join Zoī's Medical Operations team. You will be responsible for defining and monitoring the operational strategy for Zoī health centers and ensuring an exceptional customer in line with the highest medical standards.

Main Missions

    • Defining and continuously optimizing the journeys of healthcare professionals and patients to guarantee a seamless experience.
    • Rigorously selecting and integrating innovative technologies and medical devices to enhance the Zoī journey, in close collaboration with the medical team.
    • Establishing the partnership strategy of the centers (medical biology laboratories, catering, etc.)
    • Designing and implementing recruitment, onboarding, and career development strategies for the center staff.
    • Developing and instituting mechanisms for collecting feedback to constantly align our products and services with user expectations (staff and clients).
    • Playing a key role in the international expansion of Zoī centers.
    • Team management including recruiting, nurturing and developing the members of the Operations team

Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 3 - 5 years of experience in Operations management, in a fast-growing startup / B2C scale-up.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure a problem
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership
    • An impact-oriented mindset
    • Fluent English & French
