We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Manager to lead our internal IT operations and support our expanding technical infrastructure. You will work directly with the CTO to shape our IT strategy and manage the IT team to support Zoī’s existing Check-up Center and new international locations.
This role is strategic and growth-focused: you’ll be instrumental in building the IT team as we scale globally with opportunities to take on more responsibilities and leadership at the international level.
Strategic& Leaderships missions
- Define and drive the IT roadmap with the CTO.
- Lead internal IT projects and support our custom-built tools.
- Manage and mentor the IT team, promoting a culture of growth and accountability.
- Use KPIs to prioritize, track, and report on team performance.
- Collaborate with the CISO to roll out IT-related security initiatives.
- Set up IT infrastructure and staffing for new international Check-up Centers.
- Contribute directly to Zoī’s internationalisation—with clear growth and promotion opportunities.
Operational & Support missions (via the team and partially self-managed)
- Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding for all employees.
- Keep IT and medical hardware documentation up-to-date.
- Maintain high team satisfaction with internal IT services.
- Oversee MDM, EDR, and device security systems.
- Maintain physical infrastructure across offices and Check-up Centers: Employee laptops (macOS, Windows, Linux), On-prem servers, networks, Medical equipment (e.g., DEXA Scanner).
We're looking for
- Experience as an IT Manager or senior IT lead, ideally in healthtech, startups, or scaleups.
- Track record managing hybrid infrastructure and IT support for internal teams.
- Knowledge of security best practices and tools like MDM and EDR.
- Comfortable working with a variety of OS environments (macOS, Windows, Linux).
- Leadership mindset with experience managing and growing a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, etc.).
