Zoī is looking for a dynamic real estate junior analyst to tackle our diverse real estate challenges.
Working directly with the Head of Real Estate, you will join a highly ambitious team that is dedicated to innovating new real estate models for health and well-being. With a goal of expanding to key cities worldwide over the next five years, we’re seeking a forward-thinking and data driven individual to help us drive our international development projects.
As a junior analyst, you will be responsible for two main projects:
1. International expansion
Our goal is to develop centers in the largest metropoles including London and New York City, closely followed by others across Europe and North America. Main missions will include:
- Conducting market studies and due diligence on opportunities prior to launching feasibility studies
- Searching for locations in targeted cities (first in the US and UK) by.collaborating with local brokers or owners, making site visits, launching of initial technical feasibility analyses
- Building business plans for each identified project
- Working on strategic tools to support our expansion (presentation deck, investor package, etc.)
2. Zoī Vendōme’s continuous improvements and Zoī HQ in Paris
We are currently building a brand-new product that will be constantly improved in order to exceed our medical and operational targets. We are also working on a new outstanding HQ for Zoī in Paris. Main missions will include:
- Supporting the continual improvement of the center by managing different projects involving the operating team, finance team etc.
- Benchmarking innovative solutions and leading project to implement it
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree from a top-tier Business School and/or engineering school with a focus on Real Estate development or Finance;
- Experience in an analytically rigorous environment, preferably in finance or real estate
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Powerpoint and Gsuites and financial modeling;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (humble and curious), with the ability to work effectively in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach;
- Curiosity and learning agility;
- Fluent written and spoken English & French
