About the Role
The ultimate goal of Zoī’s Medical Coordinator is to ensure that Zoī’s medical experience stays at the cutting-edge, incorporating latest research, innovation and advances into our preventive medicine protocol.
To do so, you will be working on three major fronts:
1. firstly, desktop research to monitor the latest advances and innovations in the field of preventive health;
2. secondly, building and managing a network of leading international medical experts in their respective fields;
3. and thirdly, operational integration, ensuring the translation of the state-of-the-art in preventive into the Zoī experience, which requires interfacing with Zoī’s Product, Tech, Data, and Operations teams as well as medical practitioners.
This is a key position at the crossroads of research, operations, and networking, requiring a curious, organized project manager with strong tech savvy and an excellent academic foundation in science (pharma, medicine, biology or similar).
Main Missions
- Ensure that Zoi stays at the forefront of the field, implementing continuous improvement across the full value chain of the experience (diagnosis, clinical recommendations, member follow-up)
- Contribute to the operational medical strategy and establish the medical partnerships necessary for its execution
- Build and maintain a network of leading experts, establishing partnerships with top-tier medical experts in their field.
- Monitor the latest advances, innovations and publications in the field of preventive health
- Integrate best practices into the Zoī protocol, by selecting innovative and relevant medical technologies and devices to include and partners for medical biology analyses
- Be a reference point of contact on medical subjects for all internal teams
- Structure medical knowledge for integration into tools for healthcare professionals, in collaboration with the Medical Knowledge Manager
- Collaborate closely with the product, design, legal teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure the execution of the medical vision at all levels in the Zoī experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree in a field of science, such as Pharmacology, Biology, Nursing, Agri-Food Science or other related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record in conducting research and building and maintaining networks of experts in the medical field
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex health-related projects, including the integration of new technologies or innovations in healthcare services
- Thought-leader with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, you can effectively convey complex medical information to non-medical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Fluent French and English
