As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and fostering relationships with both business (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients. Reporting to the CRO, you will join an early team dedicated to building strong client relationships and driving client acquisition. These team members will embody the vision of Zoī, understanding our clients' needs in preventive healthcare and communicating about Zoī in a deeply personal and impactful way. Because our vision is personalized, you will ensure every client receives tailored solutions that resonate with their unique requirements.

Key responsabilities

    • Client Acquisition from Scratch: Identify and engage potential clients (both businesses and individuals) through research, networking, and innovative outreach campaigns.
    • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction across a diverse client base.
    • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations tailored to the specific needs of B2B clients (corporate wellness programs) and B2C prospects (individual healthcare solutions).
    • Consultative and Adaptive Selling: Understand each client’s unique challenges and objectives, offering customized solutions that reflect Zoī’s preventive healthcare services.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to final agreement, ensuring seamless deal closures.
    • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to refine sales strategies and optimize customer acquisition efforts.
    • Market Insights: Stay informed about healthcare trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • CRM Utilization: Accurately log sales activities and maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system.

We're looking for

    • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within healthcare, technology, or a related industry.
    • B2B and B2C Expertise: Proven ability to navigate the complexities of B2B sales and the personalized approach required for B2C engagements.
    • Adaptative Learning: A flexible mindset to quickly understand and respond to the unique needs and impacts of healthcare solutions on different clients.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in French and English to connect with diverse audiences.
    • Resilience and Drive: Determination to meet and exceed sales targets, with the persistence to overcome challenges.
    • Growth mindset: Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a growth-oriented mindset.
