About this role

As a Copywriter at Zoī, you will be an integral part of our Product team. Your primary role will involve crafting engaging copy for technical medical topics. A fundamental element of our company's vision involves educating our clients and extended network on the importance of preventive health. To achieve this effectively, it's crucial to possess the expertise of a skilled copywriter who can demystify complex medical terminology into clear, engaging language. To do so, you will collaborate with members of Zoī's cross-disciplinary team including medical doctors, product managers, engineers, and support functions.


Main Missions

    • Create content: Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice for various digital applications
    • Amplify our brand voice: Understand and maintain our brand's voice across all content
    • Practice deep collaboration: You will work hand-in-hand with designers, product managers and medical professionals to understand the technical content as well as the intended effect for the audience to develop your messaging strategy
    • Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread copy to ensure high editorial standards in French and English.
    • Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends and incorporate

Profile of the Candidate

    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a copywriter or related role.
    • Can present a strong portfolio of work
    • Excellent creative writing, research, and communication skills.
    • Exceptional grasp of French, English and impeccable proofreading abilities.
    • Previous experience in the medical profession a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
