Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and motivated Business Development Officer to join our team. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies for client acquisition, and establishing both B2B and B2C channels in a high growth context. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, with a keen ability to think outside the box and drive results.

Main Missions

    • Prospecting: Actively research and identify potential B2B and B2C clients, using various methods such as networking, cold calling, and social media to generate new leads.
    • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative strategies for acquiring new clients, including through direct approach, events and other creative avenues for corporates and private individuals.
    • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and how our services can meet those needs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Leverage this information to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the founders, product, medical, legal and others to align on strategies, messaging, and goals. Share insights and feedback from clients to help refine our offerings.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of business development activities. Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve our processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills, you are able to engage, influence and persuade sophisticated buyers and C-suite executives
    • Organization skills, systematic and consistently fast follow-up, proactive mindset and tenacity are must-haves
    • A passion for preventive health is highly appreciated while a deep curiosity and desire to learn about the field are required
    • Strong analytical skills, you can identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
    • Agile multitasker, you are able to manage multiple projects with different time-horizons simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Sales and CRM software a plus
    • Fluent English & French, with impeccable writing skills
