Yokoy Pay is a smart payment solution that empowers businesses to manage their card spend efficiently, prevent fraud, and streamline payment processes, and is an integral part of the Yokoy suite of solutions.

As the Yokoy Pay Program Lead, you are responsible for nurturing the growth and advancement of the Yokoy Pay product, expanding its presence among both existing and prospective customers. Your role involves shaping the strategic direction of Pay, overseeing its implementation, and effectively managing both internal and external communications. We are a product-driven company and visionary best-in-class product is the key for our customer’s success. Developing payment solutions that empower businesses to manage their spendings efficiently is crucial for our continuous growth.

🧑🏽‍💻 What you'll do:

    • You hold ultimate responsibility for the Yokoy Pay program, effectively partnering with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.
    • You are responsible for meeting Yokoy Pay commercial targets.
    • You will be the Yokoy Pay ambassador, speaking with our customers, and at events to showcase the value of our solution.
    • You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure effective education and development of Yokoy Pay collateral and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to enhance and evolve the product.
    • You are responsible for developing and managing relationships with external Yokoy Pay partners (e.g. scheme Partners).

⚒️ What you’ll need:

    • You have gained prior start-up / scale-up experience.
    • You have 5-10 years in-depth domain knowledge including setting up and running a card or payment function.
    • You hold previous leadership experience in managing a matrix team.
    • You have strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of managing internal and external stakeholders.
    • You have the ability to develop and manage Go-To-Market plans.
    • You are prepared to be scrappy and a self-starter.
    • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
