As a Marketing Content Manager at Yokoy, you’ll play a crucial role in telling our story to the world, educating the audience and inviting them to join us in building a modern, technology-enabled future for finance teams around the world. You’re a master storyteller and someone who can take a brief, an audience persona, and craft a narrative that carries across multiple formats to educate, engage, and ultimately bring them into our world. Working closely with the SEO and Web Manager, you’ll have a wide brief on which to exercise your strategic and creative skills from content strategy to creation and quality assurance. You’re someone who is as proud of the results your work delivers as you are the craft and dedication you put into it, and you’re excited about exploring new opportunities for content to support pipeline generation and brand building at a fast-growing scale-up. 
 

👩🏽‍💻 What you'll do:

    • Work collaboratively with teams across the business to execute campaigns across multiple channels from web and social media to in-person events and video. 
    • Develop original ideas for demand generation campaigns, editorial, SEO, and experiential content. 
    • Understand the needs of key audience segments and identify messaging that resonates at every stage of the buying cycle. 
    • Present concepts and work to stakeholders at all levels, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to finesse the final deliverables. 
    • Partner with channel owners (e.g., digital, social etc.) to test, iterate, and improve the impact of content at Yokoy. 
    • Interpret and translate complex, technical briefs to deliver clear, compelling, and simple content that’s accessible to our target audience. 

⚒️ What you’ll need:

    • Degree (University/University of Applied Sciences) in business administration, marketing, journalism or a similar field. 
    • 5+ years of experience in content creation, content strategy, or a similar role.  
    • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.  
    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and basic analytics tools.  
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
    • Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas.  
    • Expert in the art of persuasion and storytelling in B2B environment, able to produce sticky and memorable content.  
    • Familiar with most distribution channels, and their best content practices.  
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.  
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  
    • Analytical thinking to interpret data and make informed content decisions. 
    • You are fluent in German, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
