We just closed our $80M Series B funding and are thriving in this fast-paced hyper growth phase. We are now looking for a new colleague to become our Head of Pay 🚀

As Head of Pay you will play a crucial role in shaping, growing and scaling our YokoyPay product range, combining smart corporate cards with other innovative B2B payment technologies. With your domain expertise and your leadership skills, you oversee and drive all YokoyPay related activities company-wide, guiding Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Operations, and Customer Success into a thriving future for YokoyPay.

What you'll do

    • Lead the YokoyPay module with commercial accountability
    • Coordinate all YokoyPay related activities and subject-matter experts from the different organisation units at Yokoy (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Ops, Customer Success etc.)Define and implement measures to drive YokoyPay adoption
    • Partake in prospect- and customer interactions as YokoyPay expert
    • Define and align the next YokoyPay strategy, based on solid market trend know-how and customer feedback
    • Design and implement a scalable YokoyPay operating model
    • Oversee the design and drive the implementation of a fit-for-future YokoyPay technology architecture

What you'll bring

    • 5-10 years of B2B payments experience, preferably in the Card and/ or Fintech space
    • 5+ years of team leadership/ management experience
    • Relevant project/program management skills in similar environments
    • Deep understanding of finance requirements at large corporates
