Junior Lawyer

Responsibilities:

Supporting the legal team in providing ongoing legal services to XTB and collaborating with business units

Preparing legal analyses, draft opinions, and recommendations regarding the Company's day-to-day operations

Drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as participating in contract negotiations

Assisting with day-to-day corporate maintenance, including preparing documentation for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and General Meeting of Shareholders

Analyzing legal regulations and monitoring regulatory changes affecting XTB's business

Drafting correspondence and responses to public administration bodies, regulatory authorities, and other institutions

Drafting, reviewing, and updating legal documentation related to XTB’s clients, products, and services

Providing legal support for ongoing projects and the implementation of new products and solutions

Collaborating with the Compliance team and other internal departments to execute assigned tasks.
Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Law

Around 2 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal department

Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to comfortably work with legal documentation and communicate in an international environment

Strong interest in capital markets law and financial services regulations

Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and deliver clear, actionable recommendations

Excellent work organization, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to deadlines

Independence, initiative, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally

Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stress in a fast-paced setting

Adaptability to a dynamic environment and the ability to multitask across diverse projects
