Commercial Junior

XTB is currently looking for a Junior Account Manager to join and contribute to the growth of the Sales Department at XTB France, based in Paris La Défense.
Responsibilities
- Active contact with new users of our investment solutions (mainly by phone)
- Assessment of client needs and offering tailored solutions based on XTB products and services
- Follow-up calls and scheduling in-person meetings
- Evolving responsibilities according to departmental needs
This position does not require cold calling (handling inbound leads only)
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Powers of persuasion and perseverance
- Proactive and flexible approach
- Strong interest in the economic and financial sector
- Comfortable using software applications (investment, management platforms, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac)
