Responsibilities
- Reconciling data (transactions/balances) between XTB’s trading systems and the market
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing reports and database queries using SQL
- Supervising the correct handling of corporate actions (e.g. dividend payments)
- Executing securities transfers between XTB and other institutions
- Developing and automating operational processes
- Creating dedicated IT tools to support operations
- Collaborating with IT, Accounting, Taxes, Data Warehouse, Risk, and Legal departments
Requirements
- Knowledge of the functioning of regulated markets, including corporate actions
- Good proficiency in SQL
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of English language
Nice to have
- Brokerage license
- Participation in the CFA and CIIA programs
- Knowledge of VBA
- Knowledge of Python
