We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior People Specialist to join our Learning & Development team and support the delivery of impactful development initiatives across the organization.

Your responsibilities

  • Create learning and development materials, including e-learning content, using modern tools.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs based on participant feedback and data analysis, and recommend improvements.

  • Coordinate training programs delivered by internal and external trainers, ensuring smooth organization and execution.

  • Build and maintain relationships with training providers and support the development of the vendor database.

  • Deliver selected training sessions and development activities.

  • Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify competency gaps and support talent development and leadership programs.

  • Coordinate operational aspects of key development processes, including talent reviews, employee engagement surveys, and competency assessments.

  • Support initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning and enhance the employee experience through development and communication activities.

  • Ensure the completion and compliance of mandatory training programs in line with internal policies and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate training and development data within HR systems and prepare reports and analyses.

  • Participate in Learning & Development and broader HR projects.

What we're looking for

  • Initial professional experience in HR, Learning & Development, training coordination, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in employee development, learning methodologies, and people-related processes.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

  • Fluent Polish and good command of English (written and spoken).

  • Experience with e-learning content creation tools or Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be an advantage.
