XTB SERVICES LTD (part of XTB) having its activities in marketing & affiliation seeks to recruit a Partnerships Officer to join our team and support the Company’s legal and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across operations, marketing, and partners activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational matters within the Partnerships Programme.

  • Provide daily support to Partnership Managers and assist with ongoing tasks.

  • Coordinate communication between Partnership Managers, Legal, and Finance teams.

  • Review and approve affiliate commission rates in line with internal policies.

  • Verify and approve commission adjustments with high accuracy.

  • Perform validation and QA checks to ensure data integrity.

  • Extract and analyse reports, identify discrepancies, and propose improvements.

  • Verify and approve invoices.

  • Oversee onboarding and payment processes to ensure smooth operations.

  • Maintain awareness of legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate global marketing tasks.

  • Monitor partner activity to ensure compliance with internal procedures.

  • Investigate SPAM traffic and escalate suspicious patterns.

  • Review rejected applications and transactions for compliance.

  • Manage partner terminations and coordinate with relevant departments.

  • Develop and maintain procedures and workflows within the Knowledge Base.

  • Deliver training and procedural updates to Partnership Managers.

  • Handle additional tasks relevant to the Partnerships Project.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree.

  • Demonstrate excellent English skills, both written and verbal.

  • Possess knowledge of the investment and trading industry.

  • Show strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

  • Work independently and manage tasks autonomously.

  • Display strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

  • Collaborate effectively with global teams.

  • Maintain high attention to detail.

  • Use MS Office confidently.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or Law.

  • Understanding of investment‑market regulations.
