Compliance Officer is based in Lithuania to lead our regulatory framework and safeguard our business.
Key Responsibilities
As our Compliance Officer, you will be the backbone of our regulatory integrity. You will oversee and ensure the Company's ongoing compliance with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements, including those arising under MiFID II, MiFIR, applicable AML/CFT legislation, and the regulations and guidelines of the Bank of Lithuania.
Your daily impact will include:

Framework Management: Maintaining and updating the Company's compliance and AML/KYC framework to align with evolving regulations.

Monitoring & Testing: Conducting regular compliance monitoring, testing, and tracking the Company's adherence to its internal policies and procedures.

Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and swiftly escalating compliance risks before they impact the business.

Regulatory Liaison: Managing the Company's relationship with the Bank of Lithuania in respect of regulatory reporting and supervisory matters.

Staff Guidance: Providing clear compliance guidance and ongoing training to staff to foster a strong culture of compliance.

Content Review: Reviewing and approving client-facing materials to ensure they strictly meet applicable conduct of business standards.
What We Are Looking For

Location/Language: Based in Lithuania, with fluency in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken) to seamlessly interface with local regulators and international team members.

Experience: Proven experience in a regulatory compliance or AML role within a licensed financial institution, brokerage in Lithuania.

Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of MiFID II, MiFIR, local AML/CFT laws, and Bank of Lithuania regulations.

Mindset: Strong analytical skills, impeccable ethical standards, and the ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical business workflows.
