MLRO based in Lithuania, will hold local responsibility and accountability for ensuring that all activities of the Company comply with Lithuanian Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) laws.
Key Responsibilities

Framework Management: Maintain, update, localize, and enforce the Company's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks to ensure absolute alignment with Lithuanian legislative mandates and applicable EU regulatory requirements.

Monitoring & Surveillance: Conduct regular AML monitoring, testing, and risk assessments. Utilize Group-level automated transaction surveillance platforms and screening systems to oversee the entire Company, its employees, and outsourced service providers.

Regulatory Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact and manage the Company's relationship with the Bank of Lithuania regarding AML/CFT regulatory reporting, audits, and supervisory matters.

Risk Escalation: Execute the formalized escalation matrix swiftly. Directly report any significant AML/CFT risks, suspicious activities, or material deficiencies to the Company’s Management Board while coordinating mitigation reporting with the Group compliance function.

First-Line Oversight: Oversee and guide operational teams dedicated to client onboarding, customer due diligence, and KYC processes.

Staff Training: Provide continuous AML/CFT guidance, training, and policy updates to local personnel to foster a robust internal culture of financial crime prevention.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver periodic consolidated reports detailing critical risk indicators, localized regulatory developments, and AML audit outcomes to executive management and the Group function
What We Are Looking For

Location/Language: Based in Lithuania, with fluency in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken) to seamlessly interface with local regulators and international team members.

Experience: At least 5 years experience in an AML role within a licensed financial institution, brokerage in Lithuania.

Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of local AML/CFT laws and Bank of Lithuania regulations. Knowledge of MIFID II requirements would be treated as a plus.

Mindset: Strong analytical skills, impeccable ethical standards, and the ability to translate complex legal and AML requirements into practical business workflows.
