Content Marketing Localisation Executive – Cyprus

The Role:

We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Executive with on-site marketing know-how, a strong flair for languages, outstanding communication and organisational skills. Your main responsibilities will include coordination of end-to-end translation & localisation processes, and multilingual content publishing to multiple websites.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Coordinate daily translation & localisation processes for 27+ target languages from task assignment to delivery for various content types (incl. websites, marketing materials, paid ads, client communications, social media, YouTube, design materials, video scripts, company reviews) via the Translation Management System (TMS) and/or via multiple file formats
    • Coordinate all aspects of multilingual content processing by working closely with an international pool of translators, proof-readers, and reviewers in a deadline-driven environment
    • Prepare accurate briefings to facilitate the creation of high-quality and contextually appropriate translation & localisation results (i.e., product details; context and purpose; terminology and style; cultural nuances; technical information)
    • Perform daily quality checks to ensure that the target content fulfils all necessary parameters in terms of accuracy, linguistic, cultural, and functional standards
    • Handle web content publishing in 27+ languages to multiple company website via Content Management Systems (CMS)
    • Assist with maintaining current (and developing new) localisation training materials, multilingual style guides, product guidelines 

Main requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
    • At least 2+ years of professional experience in translation & localisation coordination
    • Excellent oral and written skills in English. Any other language skills will be consider a strong plus
    • Experience in using computer-assisted translation software (CAT tools) is a big plus
    • Knowledge of handling HTML coding is a big plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
    • Technical savvy, willing to acquire skills to use various software
    • Highly organised, precise and with strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • A high sense of responsibility and outstanding time management skills
    • Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure
    • A fast learner and a team player with a can-do attitude
