UI/UX Designer
The Role:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and scalable experiences across dashboards and applications. The role focuses on creating user-centered solutions that support complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and responsive app experiences. The designer will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Stakeholders, and will be part of the wider UI/UX Department, following shared design principles, systems, and standards.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Design end-to-end UI/UX solutions for dashboards and applications (web & responsive)
- Translate product and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- Design data-driven interfaces such as dashboards, performance views, and management tools
- Ensure usability, clarity, and consistency across complex user journeys
- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout the design process
- Maintain and evolve components within the company’s design system
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights
- Perform any other tasks, as assigned by the Manager
Main requirements:
- University degree in UI/UX design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or an equivalent degree
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Experience designing dashboards, apps, or data-heavy products
- Strong knowledge of Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Experience in fintech, trading, marketing platforms, or SaaS is a plus
