Filipino-Speaking Back Office Officer

The Role:

We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Back office team. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to monitor, manage and execute client funding requests.


The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Process deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures 
  • Internally assist all departments with any issues related to client funds
  • Provide suggestions on system enhancements
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks, as requested

Main requirements:

  • Degree in finance, economics or accounting
  • Experience in a similar position would be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English
  • Ability to work on shift rotation is a must
  • Efficient and detail-oriented
  • Computer and numerically literate
  • Valid work permit required
