The Role:
We are looking for energetic, high calibre and self-motivated professionals to join our Business Development team.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Contribute to the implementation of the company’s market penetration and expansion strategy
- Stay abreast with the latest developments, products, marketing promotions and the relevant terms and conditions, and communicate clients about them
- Handle client inquiries and ensure that high level services are provided
- Perform personal clientele analysis and take actions as required
- Perform market data analysis and reporting
- Provide suggestions on system enhancements
- Ensure compliance with the company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures
- Act in the best interest of the company at all times, and cooperate with the rest of the team to perform business development
- Contribute to team effort by achieving targeted results
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary
- Spend significant time travelling abroad (up to 4 months per year)
Main requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related
- Fluent Arabic speakers with excellent oral and written skills in English
- Reliable, with integrity of character and strong business acumen
- Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
- Excellent people management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, innovative and target oriented
- Strong computer literacy
