Employer Branding Specialist
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Employer Brand Activation (EVP):

Support the global rollout of our EVP, ensuring our Big. Fair. Human. values are consistently experienced across both the employee and candidate journey

Design and scale our Employee Advocacy program, empowering our people to become authentic storytellers and brand ambassadors

Content engagement & Storytelling:

Produce compelling content that highlights the personal and professional journeys of our people, highlighting growth, achievements and the unique ‘Life at XM’ experience

Ensure all talent attraction and employer branding campaigns maintain a consistent, world-class brand standard across internal and external channels

- Events & Brand Experience:

Drive end-to-end employer branding initiatives for global career fairs and university events, including coordination of booth concepts and branded materials to delivering an engaging XM brand experience

Support internal employer brand moments, such as employee campaigns, initiatives, and key company events, to strengthen engagement and pride in the XM brand

- Digital Presence and Channels Management:

Manage, monitor and optimise XM’s presence across key EB platforms and our Careers site, ensuring a best-in-class digital candidate experience

Manage and respond to platform reviews, converting candidate feedback into actionable business insights

Execute targeted online campaigns, using paid social and digital advertising to reach high-priority talent pools and drive high-quality applications

- Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

Turn engagement metrics and employee/candidate feedback into tangible solutions that drive continuous improvement and measurable ROI across all branding initiatives

Benchmark global market trends and emerging technologies to consistently evolve and strengthen the XM employer brand

Main Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree will be considered a plus
- 4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or a related field, ideally within a large-scale, multinational organization
- Proven experience developing and evolving employer branding strategies aligned with global best practices
- Experience working with employer branding tools, content management systems, and social media platforms
- Strong project management skills, with experience delivering large-scale branding initiatives across multiple locations and diverse talent markets
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse trends, measure impact, and optimise strategies
- A natural storyteller with strong content creation, social media, and digital marketing skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding, engagement, and talent attraction
- A dynamic, enthusiastic brand advocate who embodies the culture of XM
