Product Manager – Research and Education - Cyprus or Greece

The Role: 
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and self-driven professional to join our fast-growing Product Management team. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's research and education products. You will work closely with various departments, including Marketing, Client Relations, and IT to ensure that the products developed align with the company's overall strategy and vision. You will oversee the research and education product portfolio, from ideation through to launch and post-launch analysis. The successful candidate will be an analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker who can manage complex projects while working in a fast-paced environment.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Develop and execute the research and education product strategy
    • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and stay up to date with market trends and industry offerings
    • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop Go-to-Market strategies and plans for new product launches
    • Collaborate with the Client Relations team to ensure that products are meeting customer needs and are aligned with respective goals
    • Manage the research and education product portfolio, including prioritising features, defining product requirements, and coordinating with the IT team on development timelines and releases
    • Analyse product performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions on product enhancements and updates
    • Collaborate with external partners to develop and deliver educational content, including webinars, seminars, and courses
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams

Main requirements:

    • BSc/MSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field: MBA preferred
    • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in the Forex or FinTech industry
    • Proven track record of successfully managing products from ideation to launch
    • Knowledge of financial markets, forex trading, and investment products
    • Experience in working with education and training products will be considered an advantage
    • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to take informed product decisions
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
