Business Development Operations Coordinator - Cyprus

The Role:

The Business Development Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of business development activities. This role will be pivotal in streamlining processes, coordinating training and onboarding, maintaining quality assurance, and managing key projects. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and regional offices to support the delivery of business development objectives.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of standardized procedures for business development activities, continuously optimize processes, and document updates to relevant teams.
    • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs and training sessions of new joiners, assess effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
    • Act as the central point of contact for business development teams regarding process updates, training materials and project coordination, ensuring clear communication across teams and regions.
    • Support the implementation of quality assurance practices, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement as per relevant standards.
    • Assist in planning and coordinating business development projects, maintain documentation, and ensure timely and aligned project execution.
    • Prepare and present reports on the progress of business development initiatives, analyse data for insights, and provide relevant recommendations to the Line Manager. 

Main requirements:

    • Degree in any Business-related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
    • Experience within the financial services industry will be considered an advantage
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent project management and coordination skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
    • Very good oral and written communication skills in English 
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
