Head of Brand Strategy - Cyprus or Greece

The Role:

We are seeking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Brand to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand's future, driving brand strategy, and ensuring our brand is consistently perceived as a leader in the market. The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
    • Drive the growth and evolution of XM’s brand identity across global markets, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
    • Oversee the development of compelling marketing campaigns aligned with XM’s brand voice, tone, and target audience, with a focus on customer acquisition and business growth.
    • Manage a campaign calendar strategically aligned with market trends and business goals to optimize timing and maximize campaign impact.
    • Consistently track and evaluate key brand performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, brand awareness, and loyalty to enhance brand perception and performance.
    • Ensure the effective branding of partner’s programs, enhancing their appeal and alignment with the company’s core values and brand identity.
    • Ensure all marketing and communication materials maintain a professional, consistent brand image that resonates with target audiences.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and affiliate teams to ensure cohesive and effective brand communication and positioning across all departments.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative marketing techniques to continually evolve and improve brand strategy.

Main Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • At least 7 years of experience in brand management and execution, ideally within the online trading, gaming or fintech industry.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively across departments.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
