Corporate Travel Officer – Cyprus 

The Role:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Corporate Travel Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate corporate travel requirements to ensure efficient and high-quality service for our employees. 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Acts as the main point of contact for all corporate travel requirements, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.
    • Prioritize, arrange, and coordinate travel itineraries and accommodations, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
    • Maintain travel and expense reports, organize digital files, and perform other administrative tasks as necessary.
    • Provide international travel information, such as passport, visa, inoculation requirements, and customs regulations.
    • Manage and process travel visas based on destination country requirements, coordinating with local authorities to ensure timely processing.
    • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with travel agencies and other external partners, ensuring the best quality and cost-effective options are available.
    • Proactively seek employee feedback and implement corrective actions to continually improve service standards.
    • Assist with any travel or event-related procurement processes, providing efficient and effective support as needed.
    • Participate in supporting employee welfare activities and assist with team projects and events as required.
    • Undertake any other relevant responsibility as assigned. 

Main requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related field
    • Experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English.
    • Strong computer literacy.
    • Strong organization skills, with a high attention to detail.
    • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
