Online Reputation Specialist – Cyprus, Greece or Remote

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Reputation Specialist to safeguard and enhance XM’s online reputation. As our Online Reputation Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and cultivating the reputation of our brand in the digital landscape. You will continuously monitor, track, and moderate our brand's presence across various online outlets, ensuring a positive and professional image. Your efforts will contribute to the maintenance of our brand's integrity and the prevention of online reputation threats.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Monitor, track, and moderate the reputation of our brand on various outlets, including social media, search engines, blogs, social communities, and online forums
    • Respond to comments and engage with users in a professional and positive manner
    • Analyse data and metrics to track the impact of online reputation management efforts, provide regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
    • Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the appropriate channels and take remedial actions as required
    • Identify and mitigate potential reputation risks and crises and handle online crisis and negative publicity effectively
    • Establish policies, procedures, and standards to avoid negative impacts on the brand
    • Develop and execute strategies to improve the Company’s online reputation and visibility
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online reputation management
    • Support in other relevant matters as required

Main requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities. Experience in the online trading industry will be considered an advantage
    • Experience in forum moderation or community management will be considered an advantage
    • Experience with social analytics and listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch etc.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Creative thinker with a passion for community building
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
