Arabic Speaking Verification Officer - Athens
The Role:
We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Verification Officer team.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Review client documents for KYC purposes
- Communicate with clients for additional documents that may be required for the validation process
- Handle client email requests for account verification
- Follow up and be up to date with relevant internal procedures
- Act in the best interest of the company at all times and cooperate with the Customer Experience team and other departments to deliver high standards of customer service
- Effectively communicate with the Compliance department when needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Perform other related tasks as required
Main requirements:
- Degree in a business-related field
- Experience in a similar position will be a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and excellent oral and written skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and client handling skills
- Hard working and able to cope under pressure
- Excellent computer literacy
- Valid work permit
