Arabic Speaking Verification Officer - Athens

The Role:

We are looking for passionate and self-motivated professionals to join our Verification Officer team. 

The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Review client documents for KYC purposes
    • Communicate with clients for additional documents that may be required for the validation process
    • Handle client email requests for account verification
    • Follow up and be up to date with relevant internal procedures
    • Act in the best interest of the company at all times and cooperate with the Customer Experience team and other departments to deliver high standards of customer service
    • Effectively communicate with the Compliance department when needed
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
    • Perform other related tasks as required 

Main requirements:

    • Degree in a business-related field
    • Experience in a similar position will be a plus
    • Fluent in Arabic and excellent oral and written skills in English
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Outstanding communication and client handling skills
    • Hard working and able to cope under pressure
    • Excellent computer literacy
    • Valid work permit
