Community Specialist
The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative Community Specialist to grow, energize, and moderate our in-app trading community — a place where clients, educators, and influencers connect to learn, share ideas, and discover trading opportunities. You’ll be the link between our traders, educators, and product team — ensuring the community is engaging, safe, and aligned with our mission to make trading social and fun.
Main responsibilities:
- Grow and nurture the in-app trading community by driving engagement and meaningful interactions.
- Moderate discussions to ensure a safe, respectful and compliant environment.
- Collaborate with educators and influencers to support high-quality content, discussions, and live sessions and educational material that aligns with our trading products.
- Organize community initiatives, challenges, Q&As, and interactive events to boost participations and retention of existing clients.
- Act as a bridge between community members and internal teams, sharing insights and feedback with product, marketing and education teams.
- Monitor trading-related discussions and industry trends to identify opportunities for new educational content, product improvements, and community growth.
- Ensure all community interactions follow compliance guidelines for the online trading industry.
Main requirements:
- University degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Around 2 years of experience in community management, with exposure to online trading or fintech industry.
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms, trading concepts, or trading educational content will be considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Youtube, Medium and Telegram).
- Good data analytics capabilities, including a solid understanding of product metrics (e.g., retention, monthly active users, daily active users).
- Creative thinker with a passion for community building.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
