Your 12-Month Journey
You’ll rotate across a range of high-performing business and technology teams — including, Cloud DevOps, Data Science, Trade Administration, System Engineering and Operations, Dealing, and Compliance. The experience gained from these placements will give you a holistic view of how XM operates, and how each function contributes to our strategic goals.
Your journey will culminate with an in-depth placement in our Network Security Team, where you’ll work on real-world cybersecurity initiatives. From network security and threat intelligence to detection and response, you’ll be working alongside seasoned professionals and mentors using next-generation technologies to tackle today’s evolving cyber threats.

What We’re Looking For:

A bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2:1 in Network Engineering / Security, Information Security, Computer or Digital Forensics, Data Science, or a related STEM field

Academic transcripts (mandatory to be submitted with the application)

Good knowledge of networking and security concepts (e.g. firewalls, routing and switching, VPNs, MFA, CIA triad)

Foundational knowledge of cloud technologies

Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
-
Familiarity with scripting or programming
-
High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning

Fluency in English
-
Knowledge of Greek is a plus
-
Ability to visit our offices in Limassol and Nicosia
