About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Intern, you will support the CX team in providing exceptional service across multiple communication channels, including live chat, email, and telephone. You will engage with clients professionally, respond to inquiries, and help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role offers hands-on experience in client relationship management, collaboration with internal teams, and exposure to customer-focused operations, while contributing to team goals and learning industry best practices. This internship is designed to be a learning-focused opportunity for students or recent graduates to build practical customer experience skills and understand customer service processes, work effectively in teams, and manage tasks with deadlines while developing professional skills.
Main requirements:
- Final year or postgraduate students in the academic fields of Business Administration/Marketing/Public Relations/Psychology/Economics or any other relevant field.
- Minimum academic requirements:
- Copy of academic transcripts is a must
- Excellent computer literacy, with experience using chat tools, email, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to use CRM systems will be consider as an advantage
- Previous experience in a related customer support or customer-facing role is considered an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of any additional language will be considered as an advantage
- People-oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
