Uzbek and Russian-Speaking Senior Content Writer
The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Content team. Your responsibilities will include creating various content that informs and engages our audiences and maintains brand consistency across all online channels. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Marketing Manager.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Develop high-quality content for landing pages, banners, social media, and other digital assets, ensuring adherence to creative standards and regulatory requirements across regional digital platforms.
- Lead content projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Conceptualise and present creative ideas for brand awareness videos and campaigns, following platform best practices to enhance performance.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing assets.
- Set performance targets for content team members and monitor their progress accordingly.
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to team members and support them in implementing improvements.
- Manage and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders while safeguarding brand consistency and guidelines.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or in any other related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in the financial services industry will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with AI content tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian and Uzbek.
- Creative and passionate about content creation.
- Ability to deliver high-quality content across multiple digital channels.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail.
