Junior Back Office Officer – Limassol

The Role:

As a Back Office Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and executing client funding requests, accessing and processing a big number of transactions on a daily basis. If you are self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail and seek to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment, we would like you to join our team.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Process deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures.
    • Assist all internal departments with any issues related to client funds.
    • Maintains awareness and makes the most out of the existing systems and software.
    • Perform any other related duties as required.

Main requirements:

    • Degree in finance, economics or business will be considered an advantage.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
    • Efficient and detail oriented.
    • Very good organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work on shift rotation is a must.
