The Role:

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and value-driven professional to join our Financial Control team. The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Set relevant policies, processes and procedures related to the finance function.
    • Participate in the planning and monitoring of the finance function of the Group.
    • Manage day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Support the introduction of appropriate systems and internal controls, their implementation and maintenance. Also ensure adherence to controls, introducing changes to procedures.
    • Oversee cash management, working capital and treasury processes and activities of Group companies.
    • Maintain close cooperation with banking institutions.
    • Take a finance lead on all corporate actions and structural matters.
    • Supervise accounting staff and ensure efficient workflow.
    • Prepare financial reports and other analyses as necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and tax requirements.
    • Liaise with other external advisors and service providers as required.

Main requirements:

    • BA / Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance or any other relevant degree.
    • Professional Qualification Degree (ACA, ACCA) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
    • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Knowledge of any accounting program would be a plus.
    • Excellent management and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
    • Proactive and result-oriented.
    • Energetic, positive and team player with strong organizational skills.
