Swahili - Speaking Forex Instructor
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Forex Instructor to join our regional team. As a Forex Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational content, conducting live training sessions, and providing mentorship to our community of traders. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Forex markets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educating others.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Deliver live and online Forex trading courses, workshops, and webinars for the employees of the Company and its clients.
- Develop and update educational materials, including presentations, and any relevant written content.
- Analyse markets trends, economic news and changed in trading regulations and communicate them to the relevant audience.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and clients to improve trading skills.
- Participate in marketing activities, such as creating promotional content, attending events, and contributing to social media channels.
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as necessary.
Main requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Previous experience as a forex instructor is considered an advantage.
- Fluent Swahili speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English
- Very good knowledge of the financial markets and online trading
- Ability to tailor content to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
