Chinese - Spearking Social Media Executive
The Role:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy. This includes creating high-quality content, driving engagement, and growing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current social media trends and strategies, along with a passion for building a brand's online community.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase web traffic and brand awareness
- Create engaging content across multiple platforms to promote brand-focused and conversion messages
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics and provide actionable insights
- Monitor social media insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the translation department and creative teams to develop an exceptional social media calendar plan
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Main requirements:
- University Degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Journalism, Media, or a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of Chinese – speaking markets
- Experience with social media platforms and tool such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Sprinklr and Line
- Passion and enthusiasm for driving impactful online engagement
- Ability to collaborate and excel in a team
- High attention to detail
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
